My stay at the hotel was a good experience overall. The twin room was basic but fine; it had a large bathroom with both a bath and a shower. However, the room was a bit too warm, and the air conditioning was not strong enough, making it uncomfortable after a sleepless overnight flight due to a lack of availability of my preferred room type.
The hotel’s room was spacious, light, and very well appointed, but unfortunately, they weren’t ready upon my arrival, indicating understaffing issues and poor management. The service, however, was top-notch with all the hotel staff being extremely helpful and friendly, although there was a minor hiccup with breakfast that they promised to address. The location was superb, right in the middle of everything, making it ideal to explore the town easily. The dining experience was simply amazing, with the staff being friendly and quick to meet our needs in both the Executive lounge and the main buffet. Overall, a few shortcomings here and there, but the positives definitely outweigh the negatives.
